1. Acceptance of Terms

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one jl59 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl59 login credentials. All financial transactions on the jl59 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jl59 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
• Prohibited Funding Sources: Deposits via credit card are not accepted for gambling transactions in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the jl59 platform at the time of the transaction. These amounts may be updated from time to time.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jl59 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jl59 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl59 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl59 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jl59 platform without prior written consent from jl59.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• jl59 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• jl59 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• jl59 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.
• jl59's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

jl59 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

12. Amendments

jl59 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl59 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the jl59 website.

Your continued use of the jl59 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting jl59 customer support.
